Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator will manage all aspects of Saint Francis Health System's social media program which includes planning, coordinating and implementing all social media strategies through various platforms for internal and external audiences and other stakeholders.
The Social Media Coordinator will oversee all social media content under the Saint Francis Health System's brand standards in order to meet business objectives, community engagement, and to promote the health system's special events and announcements.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field that requires strong writing skills required.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
None.
Work
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in corporate social media digital content and reputation management.
Advanced skills in various social media platforms including Hootsuite.
Ability to utilize real-time analytics to measure applicable data.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritize work and/or multi-task to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Develops, manages and executes Saint Francis Health System's social media strategy using multiple platforms that include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Schedules, publishes, manages, and tracks social content for system-wide entities and service lines.
Designs and creates visual content and/or collaborate with graphic design team, as needed.
Develops community-building creative content and social media campaigns.
Tracks and optimizes content and monitor daily dashboard to achieve business goals.
Writes and edits all social media posts, engages with community partners by monitoring social posts, acknowledge and respond to followers within HIPAA guidelines.
Makes recommendations for program improvement based on industry trends.
Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, measuring and reporting campaign performance for leadership.
Performs other responsibilities as assigned including providing on-call response, as needed.
Tracks and regularly reports on system net promoter score and online comments and reviews.
Oversees online listening accounts and analytic tools (i.
e.
, Google My Business, Semrush, ReviewTrackers, etc.
).
Create and manage paid social media campaigns including budget, setting KPI's and reporting on performance and return on investment.
Decision Making:
The carrying out of non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from supervisor.
Working Relationships:
Works directly with patients and/or customers.
Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction.
Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction.
Works with other healthcare professionals and staff.
Works frequently with individuals at System Director level or above.
