Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer and direct phone calls/screen emergency calls - Observe and maintain providers schedule - Entering insurance payments/patient payments - Knowledge of billing, filing claims, insurance eligibility, and reading ledgers - Ability to estimate copays and explain/send pre-estimates.
- Gather daily charts/Updating daily charts Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation - Full knowledge and compliance with HIPPA regulations - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information - Knowledge of Practiceworks preferred Wednesdays off NOTE:
